Security in the real world

What does security look like when theory meets reality? We bring firsthand perspectives from real attacks — what actually happened, what broke, and what held. The talk will focus on decisions made under pressure, the successes, the mistakes, and the changes implemented after the fact. Expect a practical, no-nonsense view on how real incidents reshape security strategies — and insight into what you might do differently before it happens to you.
